bo678 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bo678" refers to the bo678 platform, operated at bo678.io, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and payment facilities.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on bo678 or who accesses or uses the bo678 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the bo678 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or free bets credited to a Player's Account by bo678.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, or any other betting product available on bo678.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund must be played through before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures that bo678 may require a Player to complete.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on bo678.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bo678 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bo678 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and casino services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of use.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of another person or entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained or recommended by responsible gaming organisations.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bo678 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any outstanding Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account on bo678. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or any combination of personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, bo678 will close all associated accounts and forfeit all Balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bo678 recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. bo678 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. You must notify bo678 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bo678 reserves the right to request identity documents from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bo678 may result in Account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bo678 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bo678 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the bo678 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by bo678 at its discretion with notice provided on the platform. Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in the cashier section of your Account.

4.3 Own Accounts Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bo678 Account from which the withdrawal is requested.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

bo678 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes: bKash and Nagad — within 5 to 30 minutes of approval; Rocket and Upay — within 1 to 3 hours; Visa and Mastercard — within 1 to 5 business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Processing may be delayed by KYC requirements, security reviews, or circumstances beyond bo678's control.

4.5 Deposits Not Used for Wagering

If a Player deposits funds and requests a withdrawal without placing any wager, bo678 reserves the right to deduct any applicable payment processing fees from the returned amount before processing the withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bo678 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published alongside the promotion on the bo678 platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register an Account on bo678 and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the bo678 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to applicable wagering requirements. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible Player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times — as stated in the relevant promotion terms — before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagers placed on certain game types, such as low-margin casino games or matched betting combinations, may not contribute fully or at all toward satisfying wagering requirements. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

bo678 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that bo678 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, using multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not accepted until bo678's system confirms the wager and issues a unique bet reference number. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that bets have been correctly placed and confirmed prior to the start of the relevant event. bo678 will not be liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or system errors outside bo678's direct control.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds on bo678 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed at a stated price, that price is locked for the duration of the wager unless otherwise stated in the market rules. bo678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during live events.

6.3 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or palpable error in odds, market type, or event description — including errors caused by data feed providers — bo678 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player Accounts. bo678 will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets on bo678 and are displayed within each market at the time of bet placement. bo678 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on individual markets or for individual Players at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on bo678, including but not limited to live dealer games supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and instant-win games, are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the gameplay mechanics of that game.

bo678 does not manufacture or control the random number generation or game logic of third-party supplied casino games. All such games use certified RNG systems. bo678 shall not be liable for outcomes arising from certified game mechanics functioning as intended.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bo678 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Using the bo678 platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during Account use.
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of another person without bo678's explicit written consent.
• Attempting to access the Account of another Player.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to bo678 support immediately upon discovery.

bo678 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

bo678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within specified timeframes.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player against bo678.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the most recent deposit payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bo678 platform — including but not limited to the bo678 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphical assets, software, page design, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bo678 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bo678 content without the express prior written consent of bo678.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bo678 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of the bo678 platform, even if bo678 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bo678's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bo678 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

bo678's collection, use, storage, and protection of Player personal data is governed by the bo678 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account on bo678, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bo678 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions on the platform and does not sell or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bo678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bo678 will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the bo678 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
